Refund and Returns Policy
Last Updated: June 21, 2026
This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, credits, deployment payments, managed hosting payments, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for TAI Virtual Developer, a product of Tradition AI, LLC.
By purchasing credits, creating a project, generating a website, using platform features, deploying a website, purchasing managed hosting, or otherwise making a payment through TAI Virtual Developer, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.
1. General Policy
TAI Virtual Developer is a digital service that provides AI-assisted website generation, editing, deployment, and managed hosting tools. Because our products and services are digital, usage-based, and often begin immediately after purchase, all payments are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by applicable law.
This Policy applies to, without limitation:
credit purchases;
initial project payments;
AI website generation;
website editing and remixing;
page creation;
WordPress deployment;
HTML deployment;
Vercel deployment;
managed hosting;
WordPress plugin usage;
other paid actions, features, or services offered through TAI Virtual Developer.
2. Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits purchased through TAI Virtual Developer are non-refundable once purchased.
This means you are not entitled to a refund for purchased credits because:
you changed your mind;
you no longer want to use the Service;
you did not use all of your credits;
you are dissatisfied with the generated design or output;
you selected the wrong build path;
you created a project by mistake;
you decided not to continue with a project;
you no longer need a website;
you expected a different result from the AI-generated output.
Credits are usage-based digital units that allow users to generate, edit, remix, or modify websites and related content through the Service.
3. Credit Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire as long as you maintain an active account with us.
Credits may be used across different projects, subject to the requirements of the Service. However, each new project still requires the applicable initial project payment, even if you already have unused credits in your account.
If your account is terminated, suspended, deleted, closed, banned, or abandoned, your ability to access or use unused credits may be lost, subject to applicable law and our Terms of Use.
4. Initial Project Payments
Each new project requires an initial project payment. The current initial project payment is $25, which adds 25 credits to your account.
Initial project payments are non-refundable once paid.
Credits from an initial project payment may stack onto your existing account credit balance. However, paying for one project does not remove the requirement to pay the initial project payment for future new projects.
5. AI-Generated Output and User Dissatisfaction
TAI Virtual Developer uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate websites, designs, layouts, code, copy, and related outputs. AI-generated output may vary based on the information you provide, the selected build path, system behavior, model behavior, and other factors.
If the Service successfully generates a website, design, page, code output, remix, or other result, the payment and credits used for that generation are non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with the style, design, copy, layout, colors, structure, AI interpretation, or overall result does not qualify for a refund. Users may use available editing, remixing, page creation, and modification tools, subject to applicable credit requirements, to continue improving or changing their project.
The Service is a tool and does not guarantee that any generated output will meet your expectations, business goals, design preferences, legal requirements, accessibility requirements, technical requirements, or commercial needs.
6. Failed Generations and Platform Errors
If TAI Virtual Developer fails to generate a website or output due to a confirmed platform error and credits were taken from your account for that failed generation, we may, at our sole discretion, provide replacement credits.
Replacement credits are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A failed generation does not include situations where:
the AI generated a result you did not like;
the AI generated a result that required editing;
you entered incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, or incorrect information;
you uploaded unsupported, broken, incomplete, or invalid content;
you selected the wrong build path;
your internet connection, browser, device, payment method, or third-party service caused the issue;
the generated output was functional but did not match your subjective expectations.
We may require information from you to evaluate a failed generation, including your account email, project name, time of generation, screenshots, error messages, or other details.
7. Deployment Fees Are Non-Refundable
Deployment fees are non-refundable once paid.
Current deployment options include:
WordPress deployment: $499
HTML deployment: $199
Vercel deployment: $199
Once a deployment payment is made, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether:
you later decide not to use the deployed website;
you want to host the website elsewhere;
you change your mind;
you are dissatisfied with the generated website;
you no longer need the project;
you selected the wrong deployment option;
you modify, replace, or delete the website after deployment;
you fail to complete required hosting, domain, DNS, or third-party setup steps.
Deployment fees cover digital service access, preparation, export, launch, configuration, platform use, and/or deployment-related work. These services may begin immediately after payment.
8. Managed Hosting Payments
Managed hosting is currently $50 per month.
Managed hosting payments are non-refundable once the billing period starts.
If you cancel managed hosting in the middle of a billing period, your managed hosting service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund or credit for the unused portion of that billing period.
After the paid billing period ends, your managed hosting service may be canceled, suspended, disconnected, or otherwise discontinued unless you renew or make other arrangements with us.
You are responsible for moving, exporting, backing up, or otherwise preserving your website, domain settings, DNS records, content, data, files, and related materials before hosting ends.
9. Monthly Hosting Cancellation
You may request cancellation of managed hosting through the methods made available by us, including by contacting us through:
https://tai.online/contact-us/
Cancellation requests must include enough information for us to identify your account, project, and hosting service.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Managed hosting payments are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started.
If a cancellation request is submitted after a renewal payment has already processed, that renewal payment is non-refundable, and hosting will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
10. Third-Party Fees
TAI Virtual Developer may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS providers, WordPress, Vercel, AI model providers, plugin providers, and other technology vendors.
We are not responsible for fees charged by third parties, including domain registration fees, third-party hosting fees, payment processing fees, plugin fees, platform fees, or other external service charges.
Any refunds for third-party services are subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and refund policies.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim with your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution, your TAI Virtual Developer account may be banned, suspended, or terminated.
A chargeback or payment dispute may also result in:
loss of access to your account;
loss of access to unused credits;
loss of access to active projects;
loss of access to generated websites;
suspension or termination of managed hosting;
suspension or termination of deployment services;
cancellation of pending work;
refusal of future service;
collection efforts for unpaid amounts, chargeback fees, dispute fees, or related costs.
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, you should contact us through:
https://tai.online/contact-us/
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and payment disputes, provide transaction records to payment processors, and take any action available to us under our Terms of Use, this Policy, and applicable law.
12. Account Suspension, Termination, or Ban
If your account is suspended, terminated, banned, deleted, or closed because of a violation of our Terms of Use, payment dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, unlawful activity, or other prohibited conduct, you are not entitled to a refund.
This includes refunds for:
unused credits;
initial project payments;
deployment fees;
managed hosting payments;
unused time in a hosting billing period;
pending or incomplete projects;
generated output;
other paid features or services.
13. Special Exceptions
Although payments are generally non-refundable, Tradition AI, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue refunds, replacement credits, account credits, billing adjustments, or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
Providing a refund, credit, replacement credit, adjustment, or exception in one situation does not require us to provide the same or similar accommodation in any other situation.
No employee, contractor, representative, support agent, or other person is authorized to guarantee a refund unless expressly approved by Tradition AI, LLC.
14. Refund and Billing Questions

When contacting us, please include:
